We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Medivet Oakengates. Oakengates has a friendly supportive team that consists of a Branch Partner, Duncan, nursing team of 4 staff including a HRVN, Sam and a receptionist.
If you’re looking for progression and stability, we can support you with access to our inhouse clinical communities where we share learning on cases, best practices and you may meet a future mentor. We have 5 clinical opportunities including Medicine Community, Surgical Community, Diagnostic Imaging, Ophthalmology and Exotics.
This role is full time working 40 hours per week with 1 in 3 Saturdays. Your career means more than a rota and a job title, that’s why we offer:

What you’ll be doing: Typically, in this role, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance
- Develop tailored treatment plans with clients
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Share your skills and support our Medivet communities’ development
