Are you looking to take the next step in your veterinary career? We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Hampstead Garden Suburb. The role is 4 days a week spread over 40 hours per week with occasional work at nearby Hendon Hospital.

As a Nurse you will be accountable for the clinical delivery of nurse led appointments and will be required to support the Vet with procedures as required, ensuring we deliver exceptional care always to our clients, patients and colleagues.

A £1000 sign on bonus is offered with this position.

About you

You're a RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care. You're a team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver exceptional care to patients, carrying out nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards
  • Deliver patient monitoring and care, and manage admissions and discharges
  • Deliver exceptional care to your clients
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team
  • 1 in 3 Saturday run shift between Temple Fortune and Hampstead Village (Saturdays 9:00-13:00 TF and then 14:00 - 17:00 HV)

You will be working in a quaint practice with a small team, with single consult (recently renovated) and a well-equipped downstairs hospital/prep area (x-ray room, large prep area, separate dental area, closed theatre with separate areas for cat and dog ward). Just on the doorstep of Hampstead Heath. Close to underground and overground transport connections for convenience.
