About the Company
Medivet North Harrow has been serving the pets of North Harrow and Bushey since the 1960s. Practice ownership could be easier to achieve than you think. The prospect of ownership is far less daunting with the right partner, and we think that partner is Medivet. Founded on the principles of a traditional partnership, the Medivet Partnership model blends practice ownership with the backing of an established support network to help with the day-to-day admin and all your unanswered questions. Our updated model also includes a guaranteed exit option, giving Partners the opportunity to sell their equity every 2 years at a pre-defined multiple.
About the Role
Medivet North Harrow is well equipped with everything you need to work up cases to an excellent standard; it even has a therapeutic laser. You will have a dedicated client base and a great support team consisting of a Vet, Head RVN, 3 VCAs, a part-time Practice manager and room for you to expand your vet and nurse team. The caseload is varied with both surgical and medical cases, and the practice would benefit from a Partner who has a keen interest in soft tissue surgery. Outside of the practice, North Harrow is known for its sense of community, abundance of green spaces, and suburban tranquillity despite being located on a direct tube line to London.

Pay range and compensation package
When it comes to financial rewards, Partnership offers double the opportunity: Uncapped profit share from day one – your profit share will increase as the clinic grows, however you can expect to earn more than an employed vet over your time in the Partnership. Guaranteed share buyback on exit – ensuring long-term financial security and peace of mind.
