As Lead Vet, you'll work alongside a friendly and committed team, taking an active role in clinical decision‑making, team development, and delivering outstanding patient care.

Located just 10 minutes from our nearby 24‑hour veterinary hospital, you'll benefit from seamless access to advanced diagnostics, specialist expertise, and enhanced clinical support.

You'll collaborate closely with hospital colleagues, giving you the confidence and support to manage complex cases while continuing to develop your own clinical interests and expertise.
Excellent Work‑Life Balance
This full‑time position offers a 40‑hour working week with a shared weekend rota of either:
- 1 in 3 Saturdays, or
- 1 in 6 full weekends at the 24‑hour hospital
Importantly, all out‑of‑hours care is managed by the hospital team, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care during your working hours while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.
