Veterinary administration assistant, 40 hours a week based at the Alfreton practice. This role will be to support the existing insurance administrators and the leadership team. The role involves client care, IT, insurance and organisational administration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage insurance administration, submit claims and resolve queries
- Assist with the management of practice debt
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team to manage our monthly preventative healthcare scheme
- Assist the leadership team with administrative tasks
About You
You’re skilled at providing exceptional client care, with experience in a veterinary setting. You’ll have good numeracy skills, with experience of pet insurance, managing debt and general administration tasks. You’re a team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you. We welcome applications from candidates who are able to prioritise, can remain calm under pressure and who are flexible and willing to learn. Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or similar is desirable but not essential.
