West of England, this area covers a broad stretch of southern and central England, along with parts of Wales—reaching from Cornwall and Devon to Oxfordshire, the Midlands, and Greater London. We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for a passionate and driven Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our Clinical team as a Practice Development Nurse. This role will support our West networks working closely with the wider clinical and network teams and will require regular travel between clinics.

In this highly collaborative and mobile role, you’ll work closely with our Operations teams and clinic teams to deliver quality improvement initiatives that truly elevate patient care and client experience. From leading site visits and deploying impactful toolkits to embedding yourself within clinics to support coaching and team development, you’ll be at the heart of driving positive change.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Enhancing clinic performance through operational excellence and team coaching
  • Leading by example, demonstrating best practice
  • Championing compliance and nursing standards
  • Supporting the delivery of improvements across clinics
  • Driving continuous development for our nursing teams, including nurse consult progression
  • Elevating the client and patient experience through our agreed Ways of Working and our hub-and-spoke model
