Medivet South Elmsall is a friendly and thriving small animal practice with a loyal client base and strong links to our fully equipped 24-hour hospital in Dearne Valley, just a 20-minute drive away. You'll be working alongside a close-knit and supportive team who are passionate about delivering exceptional care. We are open to considering a consult-focused Veterinary Surgeon with a medicine bias and minimal interest in surgery. We understand that every vet brings unique strengths, and we’re happy to tailor the role to suit your clinical interests.
Our well-appointed practice features:
- Three consult rooms
- Dedicated surgical theatre
- X-ray and dental suites
- Modern diagnostic equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound, and in-house lab with up-to-date analysers
- Access to external laboratory services and clinical support when needed
We are offering:
- A full-time role: 40 hours across 4 days per week
- 1 in 6 weekend rota at our Dearne Valley 24-Hour Hospital
- Flexibility to discuss part-time options—let’s find what works for you
- Relocation package available for those moving from outside the UK or more than 60 miles within the UK
