Medivet Old Isleworth is recruiting a standout opportunity for a confident Registered Veterinary Nurse to step into a key role within a growing, community-focused practice in the heart of Isleworth. You’ll be at the centre of driving clinical standards, supporting your team, and influencing how the practice evolves — all within a beautifully refurbished, well-equipped environment.

Set in a charming Thames-side village with excellent transport links, this role offers the perfect balance of autonomy and support. You’ll work closely with an experienced team and engaged Partners, helping to build nurse-led services, strengthen client relationships, and grow a thriving caseload in an area full of potential.

You’ll work a 40-hour week across 5 days, with some flexibility for the right candidate. Currently, this includes 1 day per week at Whitton, while Old Isleworth operates across 4 days — with plans to expand to 5 days. The role includes a shared weekend rota at Richmond 24 Hour (1 in 4 or 1 in 6 weekends), and is great for someone comfortable contributing to a fair OOH rota as part of a wider team.

In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary with a 6% London weighting, bringing the package up to £37,100, alongside the below benefits and the opportunity to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking network.

If you’re a proactive RVN who wants to lead from the front and be part of something developing and ambitious, this is your chance.

Your career means more than a rota and a job title, that’s why we offer:

  • Health and wellbeing
    • Health Cash Plan from day one
    • 24/7 counselling and wellbeing support
    • Life Assurance 3 x salary
  • Annual leave
    • 5 weeks’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays, rising with length of service
    • Extra ‘Day for You’, a paid day off just for you
  • Learning and development
    • £750 CPD allowance plus 2 days’ paid leave per year
    • Access to Clinical Communities, internal CPD and our 24-hour hospitals
    • Funded certificates and internal career pathways
  • Additional support
    • RCVS and VDS fees paid
    • Cycle to Work
