We’re looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our well-established Medivet Maidenbower practice on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). Set within acres of rolling woodland, this is a unique opportunity to work in a calm, scenic environment while still being just minutes from Gatwick Airport and within easy reach of Brighton and London.
Our purpose-built, modern practice is designed to support you in delivering high-quality clinical care, with excellent facilities and a smooth workflow. You’ll be joining a genuinely supportive and close-knit team, including experienced nurses and a skilled vet who is always on hand—particularly during surgery—creating an environment where collaboration and patient care come first.
This role is ideal for a vet who enjoys a mix of consults and surgery within a positive, team-focused setting. With a loyal client base and a strong local reputation, you’ll have the opportunity to build great relationships while working to a high clinical standard in a practice that truly values its people.

- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance
