Nights on 5 nights off rolling rotation covering at Thurmaston 24hr, being part of the out of hours team. Caring for inpatients in the centre and supporting the vet with consults, and supporting the clients with any worries or concerns.

Caring and administering medications for inpatients following a treatment plan made by the vet on duty. Ensuring all inpatients owners are communicated to and know the treatment plan. Supporting the vet with consultations throughout the shift. Helping maintain the husbandry standards of the practice, whilst supporting clients over the phone with any concerns through the night.
