Be the driving force behind a growing, community-focused veterinary practice in the heart of Old Isleworth. This is a rare opportunity for a confident GP Veterinary Surgeon to take the lead in a beautifully refurbished practice, with the scope to shape and develop your own caseload while making a real impact locally.

Set within a charming Thames-side village with excellent transport links, this role is roughly 50% sole charge and offers true clinical autonomy, balanced by the support of experienced Branch Partners who are regularly involved in the practice. With strong potential to build and grow the caseload in an untapped local area, this is an exciting opportunity for a vet who enjoys developing client relationships and driving a practice forward.

You’ll join a supportive and developing team, including a VCA and CCA, with ongoing investment into nursing support. The practice itself is fully refurbished and well-equipped, featuring a modern theatre, x-ray and ultrasound, creating a welcoming and professional environment to deliver high standards of care.

This is a 40-hour per week role across 4 days, with 1 in 3 Saturdays at local practices or 1 in 6 at Medivet Richmond 24 Hour.
