As a Lead Vet you will be accountable for the clinical leadership of the veterinary team ensuring we deliver exceptional care, always there for our clients, patients and colleagues whilst maintaining the highest levels of compliance with regulatory, operational and practice standards. You will also work closely with the Practice Manager to maximise the commercial performance of the clinic.

As Lead Vet, you will take responsibility for shaping the clinical standards and client experience at Hyde Park. You will have the autonomy to influence how the practice runs while benefiting from strong support from our wider Central London network. It’s an exciting chance to combine independence in clinical decision-making with the backing of a thriving veterinary community.

Within the practice, you will be supported by a skilled Registered Veterinary Nurse and a dedicated Client Care Assistant who manages front of house. The clinic itself features a spacious, welcoming reception, three large consulting rooms, a modern prep area and theatre, an in-house laboratory, and digital x-ray facilities — providing everything you need to deliver outstanding veterinary care in a first-opinion setting.

Beyond the practice, you’ll never be working alone. Hyde Park is directly supported by our Kensington 24-Hour Hospital, giving you seamless access to advanced diagnostics and round-the-clock care. You’ll also benefit from the expertise of certificate holders and experienced colleagues across Central London, allowing you to follow cases through beyond first-opinion level and continue developing your clinical skills.
