OverviewMedivet Sutton Farm is looking for a HRVN to join the team on a full-time basis. You\’ll be joining a warm, supportive and dedicated team who provide exceptional care to our clients and their pets.
Our practice offers a full range of services and facilities including nurse clinics, dental procedures and much more, all delivered with compassion and experience.
This is being offered at 24 hours per week over 3 days plus a Saturday rota (08:30 – 14:30).

Role AccountabilitiesExceptional care is at the heart of everything we do at Medivet. That\’s the care for our patients, our clients and for each other; we really want to make a positive difference through every interaction we have.
Consistently deliver exceptional care to your clients.
Support with surgeries and procedures, completing all pre- and post-procedure activity.
Carry out nurse-led appointments and schedule 3 activities.
Deliver patient monitoring and care.
Manage admissions and discharges as directed by the Veterinary team.
If relevant: Complete patient transfers to out of hours or enhanced care.
Dispense and check medication.
Deliver professional excellence, complying with all regulatory practice and operational standards.
Hold briefings to engage and co-ordinate your team to support the most effective running of the practice.
Your Skills and Experience
RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.
Experience of delivering exceptional patient and client care.
Experienced in working effectively as part of a team.
Experience of supporting Nurse consults with an understanding of how this contributes to practice performance and efficiency.
Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague.
