As a Delivery Manager for our Professional Services team covering UK, France & Benelux, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the successful implementation of Medius solutions for our clients. You will oversee a portfolio of projects primarily in our UK, France & Benelux markets, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage a team of customer-facing professionals and work closely with Sales, maximizing our chances to win deals and ensuring we’re able to deliver on what’s being sold.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Portfolio Management – Own and manage a diverse portfolio of clients primarily in UK, France & Benelux. Ensure consistent and successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and company goals.
• Sales Liaison – Act as a sales-facing representative of the PS EMEA team. Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs, develop tailored project plans, and support client acquisition.
• Team Management – Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and functional consultants responsible for delivering customer projects. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project and delivery management, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
• Strong portfolio management skills with experience handling multiple high-stakes projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience liaising with sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
