The Role: We are hiring a Software Engineer (B2B Lending). You will analyse customer financing workflows, define rigorous technical requirements, and take full accountability for the reliability of every transaction you process. Highly effective stakeholder communication is essential; you should be capable of seamlessly translating deep technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders (customers, product managers) and clearly translating business objectives into prioritized engineering tasks. Practical experience leveraging modern developer tools (such as agentic coding or advanced automation techniques) is required to achieve significantly accelerated development velocity while rigorously upholding code quality standards.
