The Role:

We are seeking a customer‑centric, intellectually curious, and energetic Professional Services Architect to join our team. As an expert in integration solutions, you'll drive the architecture and delivery of enterprise‑grade systems that address complex integration challenges. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about integrations, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a customer‑facing environment. The Professional Services Architect will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, guide them through the implementation process, and ensure the delivery of highly scalable, repeatable integration solutions. This is a highly collaborative position requiring both technical expertise and strong communication skills to manage customer expectations, document and configure solutions, and perform product demos. The ideal candidate will be based in the Greater London area with occasional travel in Europe required.

What You'll Do:

  • Architecture & Delivery: Design, configure, test, and deploy scalable cloud and on‑premise integration solutions that are maintainable and adhere to best practices.
  • Client Consulting: Lead requirements gathering, conduct fit/gap analyses, manage client expectations, and deliver product demos/training.
  • Customer Training: Deliver product training to customers both in‑person and remotely. Enhance training materials as new features are released and customer needs evolve.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues, performing root‑cause analysis.
  • Project Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers to ensure timeline, scope, and risk mitigation alignment.
  • Documentation: Create technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and training materials and contribute to product enhancements based on customer feedback and new features in the platform.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up‑to‑date with new technologies, platform releases, and industry best practices. Share insights and lessons learned with the team to drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6–10 years of total professional experience.
  • 5+ years working with Java‑based applications.
  • 2+ years in an architecture or technical consulting role focused on integrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Technical Skills

  • APIs & Protocols: Strong hands‑on experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JMS, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
  • Cloud & Tools: Expertise in AWS (RDS, SQS, SNS) or GCP; experience with integration platforms (SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Talend, TIBCO Informatica, etc.).
  • Languages: Functional knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, or Java.
  • Architecture: Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP), asynchronous architecture, and SaaS environments.

Core Competencies

  • Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders. Exceptional customer‑facing skills with a confident, professional, and approachable demeanor.
  • Execution: Self‑starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred: TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent certifications.
