The Opportunity At Macquarie Technology Group, we're not your typical technology company. We're Australia's data centre, cloud, cyber security and telecom provider for mid-market and enterprise customers, and we're growing. We're looking for a Product Delivery Lead to join our IT Delivery team and help drive the evolution of our internal applications landscape. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery, you'll own a portfolio of applications spanning custom .NET solutions, SaaS platforms and modern microservices, ensuring they deliver measurable value to the business. Working within a squad, you'll partner closely with software engineers, stakeholders and business leaders to define priorities, shape roadmaps and deliver innovative solutions. You'll also play a key role in championing our AI-First approach, identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve both customer and employee experiences. This is a highly visible role where you'll influence strategic outcomes, drive continuous improvement and help shape the future of technology delivery across the Group.

About You A natural problem solver who enjoys turning complex challenges into practical solutions. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer and stakeholder outcomes. Comfortable working across both business and technical teams, building strong relationships and influencing decisions. Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple initiatives. An effective communicator who can simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Curious about emerging technologies and excited by the potential of AI, automation and intelligent systems. Self-driven, adaptable and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Committed to continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation and learning.

Required Skills Must have 5+ years' experience as a Business Analysis Exposure to a Product Ownership or a related role. Proven experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and system requirements. Experience managing and prioritising product backlogs within Agile delivery environments. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes across all levels of an organisation. Demonstrated experience delivering technology initiatives from concept through to implementation. Experience working closely with software engineering teams throughout the SDLC. Strong understanding of SaaS applications, custom software solutions and modern technology platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience balancing strategic initiatives with operational and BAU responsibilities. Exposure to AI-enabled tools such as Copilot, Claude or other emerging AI technologies and a passion for applying them to business outcomes.
