We are looking for a high‑energy, impact‑focused Demand Generation Manager to join our high‑performing marketing team during a period of strong growth and opportunity. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies that support business growth, increase market visibility, and generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑channel campaigns including ABM, events, thought leadership, and digital focused on acquisition, engagement, and lead conversion.
- Work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Channel, and Product to build campaigns that are aligned to shared business objectives and priorities.
- Actively participate in campaign kick‑off meetings and go‑to‑market planning, bringing insights around timing, tactics, and audience segmentation.
- Ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment with Sales teams, with clarity around lead qualification criteria and campaign intent.
- Support the use of campaign tools and platforms (Salesforce) to ensure activity is tracked, attributed, and actionable by Sales.
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness, whether through creative testing, targeting refinements, or new channel opportunities.
Qualifications
- Multiple years experience in similar marketing or demand generation roles within a Cloud Services Provider or within B2B marketing agencies supporting MSP customers.
- Experience building and driving campaigns end‑to‑end from concept to execution.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven experience working closely with the sales team.
- Experience generating sales‑qualified leads, not just marketing leads.
- Experience in customer engagement, retention, and/or lifecycle management roles.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or Salesforce.
- Product marketing experience.
- Self‑driven and a team player.
- Self‑starter with the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and manage complex scenarios.
- Experience with NPS program is desirable.
