What you'll do:
- Grow and lead the UK analytics team - define the right team shape (analyst mix, seniority, coverage), make the hires, and develop them into a high-performing function.
- Own the UK analytical roadmap - translate commercial questions from across the business into work that gets used.
- Push back on requests that won't move the number; protect team capacity for work that will.

- Ensure pipelines are reliable, well-documented, and trusted by the business.

- Be a senior thought partner to the UK senior leadership team – sit alongside business leaders, not behind them.
- Bring a point of view on commercial trade-offs grounded in data.
- Raise the bar on rigour and impact – coach analysts on the right level of statistical rigour for the decision in front of them, on writing for executive audiences, and on holding their ground commercially.
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Expert-level SQL and proficiency with modern data stack tools (dbt, Snowflake, Looker or similar).
- Experience building and managing analytics teams in high-growth consumer or delivery businesses.
- Commercial fluency. You understand what moves the numbers in a consumer business – frequency, retention, basket, margin, CAC – and you can identify which analyses will actually shift them and which won't.
- Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and mental health support to all eligible employees.
- Company RSUs (Restricted Stock Units).
