The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to take primary responsibility for all sales activities within our primary and community care division. This is an excellent next step for a high-performing Sales Representative ready to take on a broader role with greater influence and ownership.

You will report directly to the executive team and play a central role in driving growth in this key area of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personally generate new business and develop key accounts across primary care, community clinics, aesthetics practices, and related markets.
  • Take primary responsibility for all sales-related activities in the primary and community care division.
  • Spearhead the expansion of our presence in primary and community care through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and strategic sales activity.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Execute ambitious growth plans for the division, supported by significant investment from the wider group.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and KPIs, implementing improvements to accelerate results.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to sales strategy development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of strong selling into primary care (essential).
  • Experience selling medical consumables, clinical products, or related healthcare solutions.
  • A high-performing sales background with consistent new business generation.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to take the next step into a broader sales leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven with a proactive, hands-on approach.
