Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant - Gentle Care (Central London) Gentle Care (Brand by Meditrade Group) is growing, and we're looking for a creative, detail-oriented marketer to join us in Central London and help scale our presence across Germany and the UK.

Central London (office-based) | Full-time, 5 days/week Fluent German & English required – we operate in both markets daily £27,000 - £32,000 per year What you’ll do Run Instagram & Tik Tok content – planning, posting, trend‑spotting, community management.
Contribute to Meta Ads scripts, from audience research to performance creative angles.
Manage UGC production end‑to‑end.
Edit video to our brand spec.
Keep ad documentation tight across both markets.
Coordinate with creators, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Handle invoicing and order/shipping with our logistics team for UGC and partner work.
What you bring Fluent German & English (spoken and written).
Social/performance marketing experience – beauty, skincare, or e‑commerce a big plus.
Comfortable with producing Meta Ads, Instagram, Canva; Cap Cut experience a bonus.
Real Tik Tok fluency – you know what performs and why.
UGC platform experience (Clip, Speekly, or similar).
Sharp eye for aesthetics and brand voice, with sharp copywriting instincts.
