We're looking for a detail-obsessed E-commerce Designer (UI/UX) to craft high-performing Shopify experiences for ambitious brands. This role is hands-on and design-led. You'll work directly with developers, strategists, and clients to turn commercial goals into polished, production-ready design. We need someone who understands the customer journey, thinks in conversion logic, and makes everything look on brand in a way that feels original, not templated.

You’ll also design for Jouly, our in-house gummy supplement brand, giving you the chance to shape a product from the ground up alongside client work.

Medito Digital is a Shopify agency helping brands design, build, and grow high-performing e-commerce experiences. Our work focuses on bespoke Shopify design and development, not templates or shortcuts. We work with brands that care about craft, detail, and long-term performance.

  • No copy-paste design work
  • 2+ years of hands-on design experience in e-commerce or agency environments
  • Absolute confidence using Figma for UX flows, UI systems, components, and auto-layout
  • Strong experience designing e-commerce websites, preferably on Shopify
  • Ability to design homepage layouts, collection pages, PDPs, landing pages, and custom sections
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to design original concepts, not replicate competitor designs or templates
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator minimum)
  • Ability to design email visuals and layouts aligned with brand systems
  • Comfortable using AI tools to generate and enhance visuals (Midjourney, ElevenLabs, or equivalent)
  • Understanding of how branding works and how to reflect it consistently across channels
  • Ability to explain design decisions clearly, UX rationale, hierarchy, conversion logic
  • If your work relies heavily on templates, UI kits, or copying existing brands, this role is not a fit.

Design conversion-focused Shopify website experiences from concept to final UI. Create and maintain clean, scalable design systems in Figma. Translate business and marketing goals into clear UX flows. Design high-quality banners, promotional assets, pop-ups, and supporting visuals. Create social media content, Instagram posts, carousels, story templates. Design email templates and campaign visuals aligned with website branding. Produce brand collateral including packaging design, pitch decks, and print-ready files when needed. Use AI-powered tools (ElevenLabs, Midjourney, or similar) to accelerate creative workflows. Iterate designs based on feedback, performance insights, and client goals. Stay ahead of design trends and best practices. Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, CapCut). Ability to create animated GIFs for web or email. Experience with packaging design or physical product branding. Photography or photo retouching skills. Familiarity with accessibility and UX best practices.

Ownership over real client projects, not internal mockups. Work on diverse e-commerce brands across different industries, plus our own supplement brand Jouly. A growing agency where quality design actually matters. Long-term growth opportunities as the agency scales. Salary: based on experience.
