As the Registered Children’s Home Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, driving excellence across the service to ensure every young person receives the highest standard of care, support, and opportunity to flourish.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, maintaining exceptional standards of care and compliance.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a talented care team to achieve outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
  • Ensure all Ofsted, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Build and sustain a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment where every child feels safe, valued, and empowered.
  • Work collaboratively with senior management to uphold the organisation's mission, vision, and values.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager, or 4 years as a Deputy Manager in a children’s residential care setting.
  • Proven experience supporting young people with EBD and complex needs.
  • Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People’s Services) - essential.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A calm, reflective, and supportive approach to managing behaviour.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as required.
