Part of a forward-thinking care group, we are seeking experienced and motivated Senior Support Workers to join our founding team. About the Home: Greenacres provides a spacious, calm, and nurturing environment for up to six children aged 8-18 with complex needs, including emotional and behavioural difficulties, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.

Your Role: As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital leadership role, supporting the Registered Manager in delivering exceptional care and guiding the team to achieve excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading shifts and ensuring safe, high-quality care
- Acting as a positive role model, supporting children through daily routines and emotional challenges
- Providing guidance and supervision to support staff
- Contributing to care planning and reviews
- Promoting independence, resilience, and emotional regulation
- Upholding safeguarding, record-keeping, and compliance standards
About You: You are a confident, compassionate professional with strong communication and leadership skills. You bring warmth, patience, and emotional intelligence to everything you do.
Essential experience and qualities:
- Experience supporting children with complex needs in a residential setting
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Children and Young People's Workforce - or a willingness to complete this
- A calm, reflective, therapeutic approach to behaviour support
