MediTalent are proud to be recruiting for an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join the Endometriosis Unit at one of the UK\’s leading private hospitals based in Manchester. As a CNS in Endometriosis, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across the entire endometriosis pathway.This role involves patient advocacy, holistic assessments, and guiding individuals through their journey.You\’ll also play a pivotal role in mentoring and developing junior nursing staff. What You\’ll Be Doing: Act as a consistent keyworker throughout the patient\’s care pathway. Manage a clinical caseload and ensure continuity of care. Coordinate with other health professionals and signpost to relevant support services. Conduct holistic patient assessments regularly and provide ongoing support. Help patients understand complex medical information for informeddecision-making. Provide pre-operative support and ensure patients are surgery-ready. Maintain and submit patient data to the BSGE database, supporting long-term patient outcomes. Participate in audits and drive improvements in clinical practice. Contribute to the education and self-management training of patients. What We\’re Looking For: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC PIN. Extensive nursing experience, ideally with a background in endometriosis care. Proven leadership experience. Excellent communication and patient support skills. Experience with patient education and post-treatment care. Desirable Qualifications: RN Child or RSCN qualification with valid registration. Post-registration experience in children\’s nursing.
