Responsibilities
- Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements related to Support and Professional Services, including Maintenance Agreements, NDAs, Statements of Work, Amendments, and Novations.
- Manage day-to-day contractual and commercial matters in alignment with company policies and business objectives.
- Participate in customer-facing commercial discussions, including negotiations, renewals, payment terms, and scope definition.
- Identify contractual and commercial risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Work closely with Sales, Support, Finance, R&D, and Legal teams to support deal execution and ongoing customer activities.
- Support contract renewals and tender processes as a commercial and contractual focal point.
- Proactively improve processes, templates, and ways of working.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial and/or contract management role, including contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management within international environments, preferably in software, IT, services, or similar organizations. Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is an advantage.
- Degree in Legal Studies, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance business needs with practical risk management.
- Experience participating in customer-facing negotiations involving both contractual and commercial discussions.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and the ability to work with data and commercial metrics.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives forward.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in a global or regional organization.
- English – full professional proficiency.
