What the role involves:

  • Delivering a visible and proactive security presence at live events, festivals, and venues
  • Monitoring crowds, assisting with access control, and responding to incidents
  • Liaising with event organisers and emergency services where necessary
  • Ensuring safety standards are upheld throughout the event

What we’re looking for:

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A calm and professional approach, especially under pressure
  • Previous experience in event security (preferred, but not essential)
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel across the UK

This role is subject to a 6-month probation period. Holiday pay is paid alongside wages – we recommend setting it aside. Shifts are typically no more than 12 hours, minimum of 6 hours. Some training costs may be recoverable if you leave within 6 months of completing them.
