This is a highly visible role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, helping shape workforce strategies while ensuring an outstanding employee experience across a diverse, geographically dispersed workforce.
About the Role As a People Partner, you will collaborate with operational and senior leadership teams to understand business objectives and create people-focused solutions that support organisational success.
You'll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on HR expertise, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include: Partnering with leadership teams to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to business goals.
Providing coaching, challenge and support to managers on strategic and operational people matters.
Building manager capability to create high-performing, engaged teams.
Using people data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making and drive business improvement.
Supporting talent, succession and workforce planning activities to ensure future capability.
Leading employee engagement initiatives and creating forums that ensure colleague voices are heard.
Working collaboratively with specialist HR teams to ensure effective delivery of HR programmes and processes.
Supporting organisational change initiatives, including restructures, TUPE transfers and transformation projects.
Providing guidance on complex employee relations matters when required.
Partnering with Recruitment teams to develop regional resourcing strategies and attract top talent.
