In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the allocations and helpdesk function, ensuring service requests are managed efficiently and to a high standard. You will play a key role in supporting facilities management operations, coordinating workloads and delivering excellent service to clients and stakeholders.

  • Supervise allocations and helpdesk activities to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Coordinate and prioritise service requests effectively
  • Support the wider Facilities Management team in delivering high-quality service
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in a supervisory or coordination role (ideally within FM or healthcare)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach
