Play a pivotal role in leading a skilled Soft FM team at Newark General Hospital. Delivering high‑quality, responsive services that meet patient, client and business expectations while driving value, compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of all soft services, ensuring high standards and a great customer experience.
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement to meet performance and budget targets.
- Inspire, manage and develop teams, overseeing rotas, absence, performance reviews and training.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety legislation.
- Manage service quality, audits and KPIs, resolving issues and driving improvements.
