Overview
We are currently recruiting a Portering Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities- Experience of leading and managing a portering team in a healthcare environment
- Experience in promoting and ensuring compliance to H&S requirements
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Organised and considered approach to problem solving
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to a changing environment
- I.T. literate
- To have knowledge of the portering services in hospitals and the operational challenges and opportunities faced on a daily basis
- To have excellent communication skills in order to liaise with a broad range of people
- To possess excellent management skills in order to organise and deliver a consistently high standard service
- To possess excellent leadership skills in order to inspire confidence and represent Company values
- To demonstrate sound judgement and critical decision making
