Lead essential services that power world-class patient care. We’re searching for an inspiring operational leader to head Non-Food Services across Portering, Domestic Services, and Logistics at one of the UK’s most complex healthcare environments.
As Head of FM, you’ll shape strategy, elevate service standards, and lead high-performing teams that keep hospital operations safe, efficient, and patient-focused.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Innovate: Develop a high-performing Non-Food Service Delivery Model across multiple teams.
- Champion Quality: Ensure full compliance with NHS, HSE, and contractual standards, driving excellence in infection control and patient safety.
- Inspire Teams: Build, motivate, and develop multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Drive Efficiency: Use data, KPIs, and insights to improve performance and optimise operations.
- Collaborate Widely: Work closely with clinical and operational leaders to align services with hospital priorities.
- Transform Services: Support mobilisation, process redesign, and digital innovation initiatives.
