As Director of Sales within Healthcare, you will be accountable for delivering sustainable revenue growth across the healthcare sector through the leadership of a high‐value sales and bid strategy. You will operate at the sharp end of growth, shaping market positioning, owning the healthcare pipeline, and leading major bids from first engagement through to contract award and mobilisation handover.

Act as the commercial lead for priority sales opportunities, retention bids, and complex negotiations. Represent the organisation as a credible, senior partner within the healthcare sector.
  • Major bid leadership & governance: Lead all major healthcare bids, ensuring robust governance, commercial rigour, and compliance. Set the standard for bid quality, win themes, and value propositions. Ensure submissions are compelling, consistent, and clearly differentiated.
  • Cross‐functional collaboration: Work closely with Growth, Solutions, Operations, Finance, and Mobilisation teams to develop deliverable, competitive solutions. Ensure seamless handover from contract award into mobilisation and operational delivery.
  • Market insight & innovation: Act as a subject‐matter leader within healthcare, using market insight, data, and client intelligence to inform sales strategy. Shape differentiated value propositions and influence future service development.
  • Leadership & team development: Lead, develop, and inspire a high‐performing healthcare sales and bid team. Set clear performance expectations, coach for success, and foster a collaborative, commercially focused culture.
