We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Responsibilities
- Act as the regular day-to-day client contact and maintain basic reports
- Ensure 5 star cleaning standards are delivered every day
- Manage stock control of all items within the remit of the role (linen and consumables)
- Train and develop the team in all tasks
- Promote a safety culture and ensure the team are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health
