Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights both clients and customers
- Identify opportunities to improve our food service offer
- Create a positive kitchen environment where your team feels welcomed and supported
- Deliver our exciting food concepts to customers
- Represent Compass Group UK&I and help maintain a strong, positive brand image
- Manage food ordering, stock control, and minimise food waste
- Oversee kitchen cleaning duties and ensure hygiene standards are maintained
- Manage budgets effectively and meet financial targets
- Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations
