Are you a passionate and experienced Chef looking for a rewarding leadership role in a warm and welcoming environment? We are seeking a Chef Manager to lead our kitchen team in an extra care scheme, ensuring our residents enjoy a delicious lunch every day.

Your Role:

• Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals tailored to residents\’ needs
• Manage stock and suppliers to ensure fresh ingredients and cost control
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness
• Engage with residents to understand their preferences and enhance their dining experience

What We’re Looking For:

✅ A passionate chef with experience in a leadership role (e.g., Head Chef, Kitchen Manager)

✅ Basic IT skills, including familiarity with email systems, Microsoft Office, and other similar programmes.
✅ Excellent team management and organisational skills
✅ Knowledge of food safety regulations (Level 3 Food Hygiene desirable)
✅ A caring and compassionate approach to food service
