Partner with site leadership to deliver a people plan aligned to business goals. You’ll be a hands-on HR generalist, advising, coaching and challenging managers while driving a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead people operations and employee relations, working with HR Shared Services
- Coach and support managers on policy, performance, engagement and employment law
- Analyse people data to drive insight, action and continuous improvement
- Lead inductions, training compliance and management development
- Champion employee engagement, recognition and EDI
- Support recruitment, absence and holiday management
Person Specification
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong HR generalist with solid UK employment law knowledge
- Confident adviser with excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- Data-driven, solutions-focused and commercially aware
- Passionate about creating an outstanding employee experience
