Contract Type: Part-Time 16.5hr – Temporary for up to 1 year

You will be responsible for clerical and office practices and procedures as part of a team.
Requirements
4 National 5s or equivalent, including English
Before confirming appointment, you will be required to obtain a Level 1 Disclosure from Disclosure Scotland.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bank account management, reconciliation, monitoring transactions, fund movements, and report preparation.
- Assist with financial analysis, data input/output, and report preparation.
- Assist with the complaints system, processing actions, and responses.
- Use Oracle to process invoices and raise debtor accounts through Ash.
- Complete quarterly VAT returns to HMRC.
- Assist with recruitment and payroll processes.
- Check and record incident report forms.
- Assist with research for management to prepare reports, procedures, and policies.
- Assist with development and maintenance of systems and procedures related to Freedom of Information and Data Protection, ensuring compliance, responding to inquiries, and providing training.
- Assist with system and procedure development and maintenance, including financial documentation.
- Maintain records of inventories and insurance claims.
- Assist with the Concession Scheme, including inquiry responses, training, and database management.
- Assist with PRS and PPL returns.
