Supervisor

Full time – Permanent – 40hrs per week, offering a salary of Β£41,126.40 per annum, plus a car allowance and great company benefits!

The successful Supervisor will be responsible for supervisory duties of the Repairs and Maintenance in the Coatbridge area.

Ensuring all work and procedures are being undertaken efficiently, in compliance with company operating procedures and delivering best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for the operational supervision of current and future contract activities, ensuring maximum productivity, profitability, and satisfaction, supervising and overseeing multi-trade and specialist work.

Ensuring works are adequately resourced, are being effectively delivered to set quality standards, completed on time and within budgets and essential and carrying out regular Quality Audits and Competence Assessments of operatives and specialist sub-contractors.

Demonstrate, maintain and monitor the company\’s commitments to best practice with legislation, codes of practice & good working practices relevant to all work activities; ensuring that is contributes to the customer experience by adopting a professional manner when communicating with all stakeholders.

Previous supervisory experience and experience in social housing would be preferred.

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.

Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
