We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of the council\'s digital transformation roadmap, aligned with the corporate strategy and related transformation programme.
This role focuses on leveraging data, automation, AI, and digital-first approaches to drive innovation, stakeholder engagement, and technology integration to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and outcomes.
The postholder will influence council-wide digital thinking by adopting a digital-first approach and will lead the design of a vision to transform customer experience through digital channels.
