We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or a Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with a current UK pin number and a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You\’ll be working 42 hours a week at Ellen Mhor. This is a specialist residential service supporting up to 12 adults living with learning disabilities, complex needs, and possibly an autistic spectrum condition. The team also supports individuals with challenging behaviours and associated mental or physical health needs. We provide tailored nursing care promoting independence and community integration.
Located in Dundee, residents have access to leisure centres, cinema, theatre, markets, shops, and cafés. The Ellen Mhor team works closely with residents to meet their wishes, needs, and interests. Regular house meetings cover topics from meal planning to social activities.
Our experienced staff use least restrictive practices and are trained in specialised intervention techniques and sensory integration strategies.

Your day-to-day
- Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments & observations
- Work with management to develop, audit, and improve service quality
- Attend training and engage in CPD to enhance knowledge and nursing skills
- Ensure care plans are complete and maintained collaboratively with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, following NMC guidelines
- Administer medicines according to healthcare procedures and guidelines
