We\βre currently recruiting a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Eastwood Hall in Nottingham, part of The Venues Collection. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week on a rotational 24/7 shift pattern, which includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
As a receptionist, you\βll be the welcoming face of Eastwood Hall, providing outstanding service to all guests and staff while maintaining high operational standards. You\βll be working in a supportive team and will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving sales opportunities, and contributing to a warm and efficient environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all staff and visitors.
- Managing check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and special requests with efficiency and professionalism.
- Using and training others on Opera PMS (training provided), PDQ machines, and telephone systems.
- Answering all incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensuring reception duties are carried out on both A.M. and P.M. shifts in accordance with daily checklists.
- Supporting with administrative tasks and being knowledgeable about events and services offered.
- Upholding all health and safety, fire, and accident reporting procedures.
- Maintaining a neat, clean, and well-organised reception area.
