We're looking for enthusiastic, vigilant, and customer-focused Lifeguards to join our team at Leyland Leisure Centre.
What you'll be getting up to:
- Supervise pool activities and ensure the safety of all users.
- Carry out regular poolside checks and maintain high safety standards.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and incidents.
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with enquiries.
- Support the day-to-day operation and cleanliness of the facility.
- Assist with setting up activities and maintaining equipment as required.
Who we're looking for:
- Current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean & safe environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions

Working Pattern:
Successful applicants will work a mixture of early, day and late shifts on a 5-week rotating rota. Working hours fall within the below operating times:
- Monday to Friday: 5:45am - 10:30pm
- Saturday: 8:00am - 6:45pm
- Sunday: 8:00am - 9:30pm
Flexibility to work across these hours, including weekends and bank holidays, is essential.
