We’re on the lookout for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team!
Make a difference to the moments that matter to us and our guests.As the voice and face of Marston’s Inns, you’ll provide exceptional customer service – with a smile for our guests, from the point of booking/ checking-in, right through to check-out.
As a Receptionist you’ll:Pride yourself on creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Whether you’ve previous experience or you’re just starting out, as long as you’re friendly and approachable, you’ll be off to a great start.
- Have proven system/ computer skills, or willingness to learn
- Be passionateabout providing great customer service, including dealing effectively and efficiently with any requests/ queries
- Be responsible for taking payments
- Work closely with the wider hotel and pub team to ensure business standards are met and delivered
