About the role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes? In this pivotal role, you\'ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping to coordinate and manage bookings with precision and care. You\'ll play a key part in driving sales, exceeding client expectations, and ensuring every detail is captured accurately to support a seamless handover to our Operations team. This full-time position is based on a 40-hour week over 5 days, with flexibility required to support event schedules.
Duties:
- Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, hygiene, and legislative standards, promoting a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, product knowledge, and a proactive attitude to exceed client expectations.
- Manage event logistics, including booking services, raising purchase orders, and preparing collateral such as menus, signage, and floor plans.
- Accurately input and manage event details in Ivvy, ensuring seamless handover and communication with the Operations and Accounts teams.
- Conduct client show rounds, tastings, and meetings to build strong relationships and ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve service delivery and contribute to operational efficiency and innovation.
- Stay informed on industry trends and apply relevant insights to enhance the customer experience and promote the company\'s image.
- Actively support team members, attend training sessions, and participate in internal meetings to foster collaboration and professional development.
