- Helping customers settle into accommodation and sustain their tenancy.

You'll be a confident communicator who can quickly build trust, provide practical support and motivate customers to make positive changes.
You’ll be organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload, while working collaboratively with colleagues, landlords and partner agencies.
Whether your background is in housing, homelessness, support work or another customer-focused role, you’ll understand how to work with people facing difficult circumstances and help them find lasting solutions.
