We have an exciting new opportunity to be a part of the Accommodation team working together to provide on‑site administration, excellent customer care and housing management to officers and managers at the council's Extra Care facility, Tatton Gardens.
What you’ll be getting up to:
- You will deliver a professional frontline service assisting customers to resolve queries and complaints, and provide information on all Council services.
- Deliver low level support tasks and inductions and help customers to manage appointments whilst contributing to their Personal Housing Plans and Care plans.
- Recognise the diversity of our customers promoting participation.
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone with the ability to deal with and respond to complex and sensitive enquiries.
