Our new gym is almost ready. Chorley Leisure have been building a brand new, state of the art gym in All Seasons Leisure Centre. The new, extended gym is split over two floors and will be kitted out with brand new equipment. We are looking to recruit a team of outstanding Fitness Coaches to give our customers an exceptional experience to match the new gym space.
Whether coaching 1-1, working with small groups or delivering high energy classes, you'll be inspiring customers and ensuring everyone has a world class health and fitness journey. We believe fitness and exercise should be accessible for all, and we want to work with passionate and innovative Fitness Coaches who want to influence health and wellness in the Chorley Community.
Candidates must possess a minimum of CIMSPA Level 2 Gym Instructor.
What you'll be getting up to:
- As an ambassador for Chorley Leisure Ltd, you will be designing and delivering engaging exercise programming sessions, group training, gym floor inductions and exercise classes.
- Keeping the gym & studios to the highest standard ensuring they are clean, safe and well presented for all customers.
- Interacting with customers and adding value to their experience every time they visit the centre.
- Actively encouraging participation in all gym and studio activities and promote all services which may benefit the customer.
- Supporting the wider team in delivering events and community activities and be a positive contributor to the promotion of the centre and its services.
Who we're looking for:
- You'll be able to work well in a team and able to follow company policy and procedures.
- You'll have good technical knowledge and the ability to coach and motivate people should come naturally to you.
- You'll be able to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life and with differing abilities and needs.
Other requirements:
- Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check (applied and paid for by the Council).
- CIMSPA Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
