Casual Building Facilities Assistant

Β£12.96 per hour
We are seeking flexible and highly motivated individuals to provide high-quality support services in cleaning and building facilities to our clients. Candidates should be approachable and work proactively, organized, and methodically.
Main responsibilities:
- Cleaning duties
- Caretaking/Janitorial duties
- Health and Safety responsibilities
- Client liaison
Requirements:
- Experience supporting cleaning or building facilities services
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Awareness of Health and Safety processes, including COSHH
- Ability to prioritize tasks with flexibility
- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in additional cleaning tasks as needed
This post involves Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Preferred candidates will need to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG update check before employment is confirmed.
Applicants who have lived outside the UK within the last 5 years will need to provide a police record check from the relevant authorities in addition to a Disclosure Scotland Check.
A valid driving license is essential. Consideration will be given to applicants with disabilities if alternative transportation arrangements can be made.
