Join Our Team as a Caretaker - Where Every Fix Makes a Difference

Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? As a Caretaker at Tascor, you\'ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. From day-to-day repairs to general site upkeep, your hands-on support will help ensure everything is in top shape. You\'ll follow health, safety, and environmental procedures while delivering high-quality work that truly matters. This role is based on site at Kings Lynn - Investigation Centre, working 8am-5pm (40 hours per week), Sunday to Thursday.

What you\'ll be doing

  • carry out minor repairs and assist with general maintenance of equipment across the site
  • undertake a range of reactive and preventative maintenance tasks as required
  • support site upkeep through tasks such as painting, decorating, basic plumbing, and joinery
  • perform cleaning duties to ensure facilities and equipment are hygienic and well-presented, including safe disposal of waste
  • report equipment faults or issues to the Maintenance and Repair Senior Technician
  • monitor and replenish stock levels of consumables and maintenance supplies
